I contacted them last month about the qr code because here in Sweden our webpage has not worked since May either. I was told they stopped doing the qr codes in September. They also said we no longer have a webpage and would have to look online to influencers and purchase pages if we want information (for us in Sweden at least). This did not impress me at all lol. We also have lost access to limited editions and advent calendars and christmas chests. Happy New Year 💜💜

That’s terrible! I looked online and did a search on everything and a bit of maths. They honestly didn’t say rely on influencers !! That’s shocking !! The PR influencers for Look Fantastic that i’m aware of aren’t exactly the most “real” when it comes to first impressions and reviews. I’m shaking my head at the response you received.

We haven't been able to get the L E boxes and the calendar for years . That is so sad. I did really like their calendar. Since I got it from the very first start. Their monthly boxes stopped shipping to Norway early in the summer. It is a pity. Since we don't have the Glossybox either.

I’m sure you will get to 4K very soon - people don’t know what they are missing- entertaining, honest and funny content, you always brighten my day. Re the box, it was ok, I’d probably use most of the stuff in it but it wasn’t wow. I’ve given up on boxes now, just get my Liberty beauty drop and the occasional special edit from M&S or Next.

Congratulations on all the years of you doing KZbin. I remember being one of your first set of subscribers when you started😊🎉🎉. I cancelled my LF subscription after I got January 2025 box, too many repeats and seeing the Phillip Kingsley product again. Currently not subscribe to any beauty boxes😮

Happy New Year! 😔 useful but a boring box. I’m sure that when I used to get the free samples from Feel Unique the Philip Kingsley was 40 mls but it came in a packet rather than a tube. You are right though, with all the brands LF sell, you think they could introduce some different products. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to your next video x x

You are so right about the brands: so many different brands on the website and in the boxes so less variation! I'm very curious to the elemis cleansing balm, but its not an exciting box.

🎇 Happy New Year 🥳 Thanks for sharing your LF January box. I’m from 🇨🇦 and due to our Canada Post strike Nov till just before Christmas I received my Dec box this week. Last month I was shocked to find a LF email stating they were sorry I decided to cancel. I did not cancel so I messaged them & a few days later they explained starting Jan ‘25 they won’t be sending LF subscriptions to 🇨🇦. 😢

They seem to be cutting back on all their boxes from the Hut Group. First it was the Glossy boxes that stopped going to a lot of countries and now it seems to be happening with the Look Fantastic ones too.

Oh wow! I wonder if they are making big changes at LF Beauty Box? Stopped doing QR codes but don’t tell us the paying customers. Stop sending to North America but don’t tell the customers. I’m not surprised they’ve stopped sending to North America. The price of the box would not compete well with other beauty boxes available like Allure and Ipsy.

Good morning Sandra, The contents of the box are indeed disappointing, 3 boring brands that we have received so often. For me, the Elemis is the saving item of the box. Hopefully this is not an indication for the rest of the year

Same old , same old with LF! That’s why I cancelled , lost count at how many Phillip Kingsley hair masks I received and Elemis cleansers , yes they are nice products but come on be a bit more inventive! Boring and very disappointing box . I do think the British beauty boxes are dying a slow death . I haven’t subbed to one for a couple of years now ! Anyway happy new year Sandra 🎉🎉🎉

I agree. Beauty boxes generally are going downhill. Any new boxes that launch that could be interesting, don’t last or the first few boxes are good and then they crash & burn. 🙁
