Question, on this pattern starting row 12 of the heel with 15 sc you advise to turn and sc 6 stitches (this is supposed to be half) 6 is not half of 15 so they do not line up when sewing the heel, did I miss something!

I just made a pair of these for my husband. He loves them! I’m new to crocheting and these were super easy. I’m going to be making a lot of them.

I really like this pattern. I finished one slipper for my son and I really had to improvise because this slipper is very small. I don't even think it would fit my foot. I had to make it longer in the front and longer in the back and that left the opening way too big so I had to make it about 4" taller and slowly make it smaller. It's sort of puffy as it goes up the ankle, but, my son likes it. Tomorrow I will try to replicate how I did this and hopefully can get them to match. He wears a size 13 1/2 shoe. I have made him house shoes in the past and they did fine, but, honestly this pattern is way easier than some of the others. I just wish, since this is labeled as a Man's slipper, there were instructions on how to make it bigger because I am really not very good at trying to figure out how to make it fit my son by guessing. :)

Question: So,Round 4 goes: 2sc in next st, then 1sc in each of the next 2sc. Question: You said 26 sc, I think it’s 24sc, right?
@WashingtonMama21 күн бұрын
I had the same questions, but I realized, since she technically has us not counting rounds like you normally would, we continue on for another two sets (of SC, SC, INC) until you hit 26 st, rather than stop at 24 st. I believe this is to reach the width of the foot without adding extra rounds. Hope this helps anyone else who may have been confused like me. 😊

My husband is size 11 feet. Would I just add 2 rows to first part of instructions and then a row or 2 to the main part of foot?
@pepperonigorlpointblankper4178 Жыл бұрын
That's what I did. I sorta ignored the pattern in some areas and just went based off of size
@sherleyholik26611 ай бұрын
Measure foot up to curve so you will have measurement for front part then Measure from curve to end of heel for back. That would probably be the easiest way to do it
