How do they “write” stories? Do they need to know how to type on the keyboard? What do they do if they don’t know how to type at all? Is this just for kids who have some experience with typing or are there levels where a child can benefit from this without knowing much typing? Also can I child use this that’s 6 and is just barely reading? Does the text get “spoken?” Or do they need to know how to read well to use this? Thanks

They would type, yes. You can use a tablet or a computer so some kind of typing yes. She STINKS at typing but is still benefiting and learning to type so I would say yes. There is a button to press that will read everything aloud.
