I appreciate yall covering EUCs in a positive light. Single person portable electronic vehicles are the future, especially EUCs which (most models) you can tuck under a seat or throw in a car trunk. They're ridiculously fun, incredibly efficient, let you carry groceries in your hands, quiet, and take up even less room than a bicycle when you're on multi-use paths. Each of these riders is one less car and one more proponent for cities/roads being designed around people instead of cars. They have tons to offer, as long as people don't freak out and enact knee-jerk bans against them.

I've been riding EUC for 3 years and absolutely love it!!! During a time when my life was very dark, learning to ride EUC brought fun back into my life!! Due to health reasons I can't jog, ride bicycle and walk long distance like I use to but with EUC I've gotten back out into the world. I'm 45 and I feel like a kid again!!!! I run errands, visit friends, grocery shop on my EUC and I just put stuff in my backpack. Electric unicycles are truly a legit form of transportation.

We need more people to stop using 🚗 and to start using 🚲 to get to work. I sold my Car about 5 years ago and only use a Electric Bicycle to get around. I saved so much money I could afford to buy two houses! Owning a vehicle is a Burden its a huge expense!

In my country (germany) you can go to jail for riding one of these. Politicians here are convinced that the country will go broke if we don't protect our car industry from any kind of competition. Except for toy scooters, which are limited to 12 mph and must be so weak that they cannot climb an incline, all light electric vehicles are strictly prohibited. Even the emissions scandal had no consequences in Germany.

@Hobo Beard I'm hearing conflicting information from the UK. If it's banned, why can speedy feet drive openly on the street? That would be unthinkable in Germany.

You can travel on the road also.... the euc has no laws in the US currently Flys under the radar but most people follow bike laws to stay safe.

Nice Video, absolutely love EUCs (or yooks). A bit disappointed we didn't see the reporter at least riding a little on his own by the end of it. Really isn't that hard, just needs a bit of practice and perseverance...
