I work in all these exclusive neighborhoods from Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Hidden Hills. Most of the homes in this Hidden Hills neighborhood are Ranch style Farm houses with some exceptions. Lil Wayne, Scott Disick, DeMar DeRozan, Kevin Durant, Kylie Jenner, Vin Scully(RIP), Ben Simmons, Jared Goff, and many others also live here. The nicest community I have seen is in Beverly Park.

I worked for DHL Express back in 2005, my route was Calabasas & Westlake village.. I had many celebs on my route & met a few in person while delivering to their homes. Really expensive towns & private. From Bill Gates to William Smith to Arnold to Rich powerful investors & many Chinese millionaires. It was nice & best thing is I was given so much money in tips by many individuals. A lot in tips. All of them including UPS & FED EX drivers would receive lots of tips. Really nice folks with so much money.

I grew up in orange county in rancho santa Margarita next to coto de caza which is one of the wealthiest communities in America and I use to travel for work so I’ve seen pretty much the most uptight areas.. i don’t say that to brag cuz I think materialism is utterly pathetic but just for context on the areas I’ve grown up around and let me tell you when I was in Phoenix for a month I loved it and the Scottsdale area sooo much. I hiked the camelback mountains, checked out all the malls and shopping centers, trained at pro edge boxing and mma and was treated like family and fell in love with the place so I got to agree with you about that area. I loved it so much I’ve been thinking about moving there and my buddy lives in chandler so I wouldn’t be alone. Do you still live in Scottsdale?

Calabasas and Hidden Hills are not the same city, just adjacent to each other and neither are LA Real Estate since they're their own cities. Only some of Calabasas is gated, but Hidden Hills is mostly gated since it's so small. Like about 1.5 square miles or so. As for celebrities, there are far more celebrities in places like Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Malibu/Trancas, Brentwood etc. Even near me in the Hollywood Hills around Lake Hollywood or Mulholland Dr.

Very beautiful to look at, however, I would not want to live in any of those houses. I enjoy my plain ordinary life. When you think about the responsibility of the upkeep. You have to pay housekeepers, cooks, pool cleaners, lawn care, etc to keep it looking good. Then hire staff to make sure everything is running well. Seems like a headache to me.
