Look right, look left, look out!

This is a 60 zone (look for the sign) and yes I was under the limit but still have to slow to 30 and swerve to the left, when this took decided to pull out. Note also while this was a Sunday its near child care and a school just up the road.
Yes it was closer than the video made it look.
