I am now disabled but that happened after I retired. I miss shopping but all things are good most days. I enjoy watching y'all shop. Have fun and be careful. Stay safe

Danni, I am so proud of you. I know all about agoraphobia. It is extremely rare that I leave my home, and when I do leave, I have to have someone to go with me. Up until 10/10/10 I was a go getter. I was working 3 part time jobs, and going to school. But on October, 10th, 2010 I was driving home from camping, and helping at an annual Pow Wow that I volunteer at every year. I digress on that awful day a motorcyclists was riding a Harley on the center line with his buddy on bike right beside him. He came around the corner and unfortunately it was that time of day when the sun is directly in his. I saw him cross over into my lane. He desperately tried to correct his steering, and couldn't do it in time. He is did survive, as his passenger, despite the fact that neither one was wearing helmets. Me on the other hand, I have a permanent brain injury from parts of his motorcycle coming through my windshield. Also I broke the side window with my head. So I know agoraphobia very well, as well as PTSD. So I am so proud of you girl! "Now go be profitable! And make it fun!"

No matter how hard I try ~ I am always late getting on the road! I had a wholesale hand-crafted business for many years & had to drive 1 day every 2 wks to pick up product. I should of been home by 8 pm! It was always several hours later! I loved to stop in small country towns & markets along the way sourcing new products, unusual items, clothing for my son & often on the way home a big grocery store that stayed open to midnight ~ then another 2 hrs home into the mountains. This little shop you stopped at is a honey-hole. So happy you took a break there! Hope you made it to SD for Mexican dinner in time. Ohhh My Goodness..u found the Holy Grail of Thrift shops!! They had some super cool stuff.. U have amazing friends for picking up that stand for you !! Looks like a good road trip for a day.. easy peasy from Vegas to shop for a bit in a ole skool thrift shop. Wayyy better prices then Savers..LOL 🤣

Danni- If you got a trailer hitch on your car, you could at need, rent a small trailer to haul home the treasures you find.

@@TheNICHELady Trailers come in pretty small packages. I wouldn't consider mine made for towing, but it is still rated for enough for me to put a 4x6 trailer behind me and haul small things (up to 1500 lbs). It's typically easier for a vehicle to haul weight, than it is for it to carry weight.

About 5 years ago I suffered with agoraphobia too...one of the most scariest times of my life ! I'm so happy we both overcame that ! I still cannot drive on the freeway which is debilitating but maybe someday I'll conquer that fear !

I'm not gonna lie when you first started walking up to the store it reminded me of too many scary things in the way out in the country stores in movies that didn't turn out good with murders, robberies etc. I said she is one brave girl. Then when you first picked up items broken and turning up back against the wall I said this is going to be a dud of a place. I liked the black metal mid century shelves the mugs were on. Hope you will stop back and film more. Be safe!!!

I love traveling by car. I drove to TX from SC in December--1500 miles each way. It was so much easier than airplane. I could carry what I wanted , stop when I needed. Unfortunately, there weren't any thrift stores open. Maybe next time.
