To be fair to Loki, a regular human would have been jello after Hulk's first smash into the floor. Loki got like five or six times, and though he's bruised and stunned and wheezing for breath, he is still alive, and gets up afterwards. So that Asgardian hide (well, Frost Giant really) is pretty dang tough! But if Hulk had chosen to keep going, even Loki would have perished.

The funny part about this scene is that Tom Hiddleston had a rope tied to his leg that would retract and drag him out of frame to simulate him getting grabbed by the Hulk, and they didn't warn him when it would happen. So that reaction is 100% genuine. 🤣
