I’ve had my dolls for a couple decades now and I have watched so many videos and read so many articles/blogs trying to figure out the best way to clean and style their hair in a way that preserves it without harming it at all. I’ve always been left with more questions than answers. You gave me all the information I’ve been searching for for so long! Thank you!!!

i think as you said that you have to be careful boil washing nylon, something I always do is boil wash when the boiling water is slightly cooled and dip the dolls hair in, then transferring it to cold water, back and forth. the boiling water ends up cooler from the constant transferring and the hair tends to turn out really well

also I have seen first hand the long term affects of fabric softener. It literally disintegrates the hair fibers, makes it so sticky and it has like white spots in it... PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT TO ANYONE READING

also honestly fixing the parting is easy when its dry

Thank you for this video because I redid my Felicia hair and literally messed up the rooting part. And end up boil washing the hair. Unfortunately I didn’t used that dollar store conditioner because I was out.

This video was so satisfying and helpful!! We hardly get to see lengthy/raw videos of how the styling process works so this was definitely refreshing 🙌 oh and this influenced me to get all the repro bratz 😭🩷

I'm sharing my testimony with fabric softener. One of my first Bratz funk out Yasmin and passion 4 fashion Sasha, they had amazing quality brown saran hair, and I used fabric softener with them, and the hair got greasy and started break from the root similar like poly hair after 20 years. If you love your dollys, stop using this trash. 🤨🚫 Love your videos Dom 💜❤

Kinda stupid to ask, sorry for that, but is it necessary to wash their hair? And why people do this?
@LookinBratz9 ай бұрын
Not necessary, but nice if you don’t like hair product and want to make them look good for display! I do explain it a bit more in the video I believe! :)

You guys don’t listen to this man. You can totally boil nylon hair. And you can straighten it when it’s wet too. To make it bone straight. It does not shrink 🤦🏻♂️

you can boil wash some of their hair but my series 2 meygan I didn’t boil wash it and it was so silky and sleek then I boil washed it and it was so poofy and bad feeling but I boil washed others and their hair was fine which is really confusing
@love4real684 Жыл бұрын
different grades of nylon hair respond differently to heat, I boilwashed wave 2 meygan and she turned out really well, but I did let the water cool a bit and then I transferred her to cold water. Hope that helps fixing her, or if you are fine with how she is then thats cool too. It honestly looks more saran-y like that I've seen.@@classcloe5769
