Same! I've been watching a lot more youtube now that I don't have insta anymore. But even though it's still social media it definitely doesn't make me feel as bad as instagram does. how do i change my algorithm to have interesting and inspiring things?

For me, I just always make sure to interact with posts I'm interested in. Whether it's liking, saving, or following it should hopefully redirect your algorithm to things you actually like. But also I prefer using pinterest for inspo as the algorithm works quicker to adjust to ur likes and dislikes :)
