I agree with Jen, education as a whole doesn't consider the individuals too well, so they would force introverts to value extroverted traits among other things. Hopefully that changes 👌🏾💯

i had a teacher in 8th grade who literally singled me out, saying that i was the most quiet student in the whole class...he was basically like, "hmm...who's the most quiet student here? kristine" & him & everyone laughed. i felt like that wasn't really cool of him. he gave me a weird "i was popular in high school" vibe though so it makes sense but still...teachers who do that should really not 😑

hello mwf, this was caught up by me today - the end part got interesting only because going back 10 yrs EDM category vs no vocals were different. Producers class of EDM to us old fogies we're just DJ like Fat Boy Slim or Moby. They were part of a label Go!discs when CD's and side b extra bonus tracks were important. All alt rock has gone hard rock (audioslave to imagine dragons for example) and to folksingers with more torned up love feelings (elliot smith to bon iver to Angus/Julia Stone). Then no one had been better than Detroit after Mr. Mathers but the French loved Jack/Meg Whites - they made peppermint candy really fun. elle for spearmint

Teachers telling students to be more extravert. WTFUDGE!? Being older now you should understand that there are all kinds of people. You cant make someone be someone else. I used to be ashamed for myself, because I was so "quiet". Teachers telling me to speak up or put me next to an extravert classmate. Like it will "rub off on me". If they just liked me for who I am, than I would be more comfortable to be me/ to speak up. Im sorry I had to get this of my chest since I havent talked about this in forever.

The hoodie Benson has on is legit one of my fave hoodies ever. Might cop another one as backup. It's warm, but not too warm, and excellent for layering. The hood has enough room for my giant head and still hang over my head like a proper hood. Perfection.

re: calling on quiet kids...as a teacher, there's no way for us to know if a student understands or is following the lesson without asking. The teacher is doing their job and thinking about your overall educational success; your mind can't be read.
