It is the same in several European countries. Across the African continent, many young rural girls are married off when they hit puberty. In some Asian cultures girls as young as 10 years old are married off to men decades older than they are. Yiyi is a happy 19/20 year old who took a chance on a man who clearly adores her. Like the many African wives we see in China, she will soon be proficient in the language - whilst adjusting to the culture. In time, she will come into her own and develop into a confident young lady. It will take her time to find her feet, but it won't be too difficult a job because her husband is caring and attentive .

Have you seen the health check ups Nigerians do before consenting to marriage, they are Africans..... A Nigerian has to check for sickle cell and other diseases before agreeing to any marriage, because 5hey don't want diseases following them around..... Nothing wrong in testing.
