I still like the original BSG more than the new one. It was a show that was good for the entire family and I couldn't let my children watch the new one. I also think they could have kept something like the old series going, which they couldn't do with the new series.

Terry Carter's character, Colonel Tigh, is the second in command of the Galactica. Unlike his "Star Trek" counterpart(Spock), Tigh isn't half-Vulcan, he doesn't have pointed ears, and he doesn't go about saying "highly illogical!"

I heard that if it would have been renewed for a second season but they're going to bring a new producer on and that Sheba was going to be killed off some of the characters roles were going to be reduced like Athena was only going to appear and I heard she was going to be recast box he was going to be occasional Lucifer would have been occasional because they weren't going to focus so much on the sideline so that means John Collins as both are probably would have been reduced and they would have turned into like what they did with Buck Rogers in the second season and I think it would have been canceled very quickly because it would have been like Star Trek

OK, I've played this back at least 5 times, and I could be wrong, but does the colonel say what I *think* he's saying at the :45/:46 mark? It doesn't sound like "frak", and more like the real "F" bomb! LOL

He says "Felger..." which was the start of him saying "Felgercarb", the other "naughty word" they made up for the show.

It is better, it`s more charming for one. And I like the actors and what they brought to the show. Watch the 3 newest Star Wars and it`s almost like watching cardboard character acting. Lame by comparison to the original. Same case with BG.
