16 is the worst imo. It was extremely user friendly and was made for the noobs. That’s why aggressive catch was so op. A noob could get bailed out on 4th and 30 in triple coverage.

madden 25 is easily the worst. It was like playing arcade football, rolling through the playoffs in all-madden with a terrible Lions team. Barely made it through one season before borwdom set in. The one that introduced, for one season, the QB vision cone was pretty bad too.

Man, I was enjoying the "Surviving the Times" instrumental at the start, and then when it ended and switched to the next one, I recognized it and realized you are listening to Hip Hop instrumental playlist with a boombox as the still image that I use to listen to all the time! Back in 2013-14 I'd sit down everyday and throw that video on and write lyrics to all the instrumentals for a couple hours. Good memories haha.

Madden 11 was the worst madden by far. Remember when they boasted about the coach speaking to you in the earpiece? They only had like 3 lines for offense and defense and it got very repetitive and boring. The best maddens in terms of gameplay and content is madden 08 and 09 for the PS2, you could even play the college combine game before the draft! In terms of modern maddens, madden 25 was probably the best one in terms of content and least stale gameplay.

I agree with you on Madden 13. It's the only Madden I sold before the next one came out. I gave up on it immediately because I had big plans of creating three franchises, a joke one with a bunch of created players, a normal one with the Steelers, and a fantasy draft one with the Steelers, and two of those had to be scrapped because there was no custom roster or fantasy draft support in Franchise (or whatever they were calling it then). I tried giving it another shot later (around February), but the gameplay was so broken that I just couldn't. My personal favorite is probably Madden 07 (for the PS2 and Xbox, never played the PS3 and 360 versions). I still play that to this day (in fact, I actually played it within the past few weeks). My only complaint about Madden 07 is that it didn't allow you to break the number rules without jumping through hoops to do so, which is minor, but still annoying as a vocal hater of the NFL's numbering system.

Madden 16 has to be the worst of all time. The aggressive catch was op since it always torched the defense. Basically, all you did was chuck the ball up (and if you had a 95+ receiver) you had no chance of defending it. Out of all the Maddens starting from Madden 13, I'd have to say Madden 15 is the least bad out of all of them. However, my favorite Madden was Madden 10, yet Madden 15 isn't the worst. The reason why I like Madden 10 the most is because I could create a team, their jerseys, and the stadium, and play with them in Franchise. If EA brings this Franchise mode back (which they probably won't because they only care about your money and don't give a damn about the game), it would hugely improve Madden.

madden 15 most irritating but feel as if most of them are intentionally made to make you angry. wonder why??? lol if you play on player mode, the AI will intentionally trade your best players, especially back ups (payed cheap on long contracts) even if you have lots of cap space. if you're starting QB and doing magnificent the AI will load up QBs behind you, even starters they have to pay huge bucs to so you have no money for other positions. The AI is constantly perverse??? I think this is what you get when franchising ALLOWS NO COMPETITION. MADDEN SUCK but hey it's the only game in town right?

The only things miss from Madden 12 was a decent halftime show like Madden 18, a weekly recap show like the Extra Point in Madden 10 and 11 a sideline reporter like in Madden 15 also NFL team helmets in the Pro Bowl game like in Madden 06 and keep the cheerleaders and mascots on the side throughout the games with more fan participation and coaches and players inter actions on the sidelines. I don’t know why these things are so hard to bring together to make the perfect game

Madden 15 was so bad, felt like I had to turn the whole controller just to turn while running the ball
