It is poem only. Poet is free to think and express. Wordsworth himself defined the poetry as spontaneous flow of emotions and feelings. Sexuality is just an aspect of human life. i like this poem except the age which is shown here is too young to have such emotions. But overall it is upto the poet only.

As you said that a poet is free to write whatever he wants... And as a reader we are free too to judge any piece of work accordingly, this is what criticism says. if we don't like a work we can point it out... it's totally subjective. And the thing you pointed about sexuality is totally fine, we never judged Kamla das ,her works are highly erotic. But the problematic idea is his concept of cousin. 😅 Anyways, jo likha wo likha who cares
