Thanks Small Person! ❤ I was happy with how easy it was to use it, it's soooooo convenient, and then the quality was great xD Went from Gruyere to Lausanne over the weekend, with this weather I'm sure it came out great!

Great content, as usual! Keep up the good work! Also, I'd highly suggest to try the Via Alpina which is a kind of easier - but still seeworthy- Alpine passes trail!

Thanks Melvin! Very happy you share your feedback :) It's hard to know if the content is ok otherwise 😅 so very appreciated! I was thinking about doing parts of Via Alpina, I always had a bit of a negative view of it, do you have any section you'd recommend? I know there are some amazing places along the way but is there a longer stretch which I can do for more than a day?

@@WalkandTalkchannel Hey Fredrik! (I hope i spelled it correctly) So yeah, there are definitely some places that are a must see when hiking the Via Alpina. I had the chance to do it last year, so the alps weren't that crowded. I'd suggest the parts between Meiringen and Kandersteg. Even though there can be a lot of people (specially around Grindelwald and the Kleine Scheidegg) during the summer in July and august, I do think that in June it is less crowded (And the view on the mountains there is just sublime). The bit between Lauterbrunnen and Kandersteg needs somewhat of a good physical condition (I think it is the hardest - or most demanding- part of the trail; but by watching your videos, you'll handle that easily hahaha). So yeah, those parts (Meiringen to Lauterbrunnen or Lauterbrunnen to Kandersteg) can definitely be done on a 2 or 3 day weekend.

@@MG-ux8sf Perfectly spelled ;) That was exactly what I was eyeing! But was not sure, because when I looked at it some areas looked to be in valleys rather than on the mountain / mountain side, but now I'm definitely going there this summer! Have you done the trail between Engelberg - Meringen? I was also looking at that since there are many lakes there, usually lakes = looks pretty I'm fortunate enough to not have my Physique as a limitation, funnily enough, I made these videos (alpine passes trail) while not being able to bend my knees (Way too swollen to bend), but didn't share in the video because who cares :P

@@WalkandTalkchannel Yeah, I had the chance to do the bit between Engelberg and Meiringen, but it was raining when I did it so, I didn't find it that great! (But it's probably waaaay better when it's sunny with the lakes and the views) And a typical day for the Via Alpina is basically waking up in the valley, hiking to the top of a mountain and down again, and sleeping in an other valley.

@@MG-ux8sf Wiredly enough this message did not show up on my comments section, apologies for such a late reply! Ahh yeah, but I think nature is beautiful when it rains HOWEVER if you travel to a place to see Alps and you can't because of clouds it kind of sucks! I've now actually planned to Work from home while doing Meringen to Adelboden, work every day until 16.00 and then Hike 10-15km after! I hope it makes a good video xD

I guess you’re fair game if you miss the sign and walk through the shooting range during operating hours?
@WalkandTalkchannel3 жыл бұрын
I would argue that's not more that right! Unfortunatelly would you want to take the risk :P?
@buddingsun3 жыл бұрын
@@WalkandTalkchannel I wouldn’t be taking the risk because I would be the one doing the shooting at the range.
