Dough:
5g rice flour
100g water
2 Tbsp oil
500g glutinous rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
about 370g warm water
Filling:
400g peeled white radish
130g minced pork
20g dried shiitake mushrooms
50g green onion
20g ginger
20g dried shrimp (optional)
1/4 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
ground pepper
3 Tbsp oil
