How nice to have a few acres. I've never heard of spice berries. Blessings friend 😊

@sallygordin2869 my boys love to hike down into the woods and put up trail cams to watch the deer. Grandson thinks they're beautiful. I've heard of them before but never knew we could have them on our area. I was really hoping to find some but we got so excited to find all the new pawpaw trees! The fruit is so good!

I love pawpaws and have never been able to get them to grow on my place in McDowell County WV. They grow all around me in neighboring counties. I'm 66 so I won't be trying anymore but I tried for decades.

@bradlane3662 me too! So delicious! We've never been able to grow it anywhere else. It comes up freely here, and I'm so thankful! They say pawpaws are very picky of the dirt it grows in. We have about 5 new trees in the hollar. Maybe we can get some papaws before the deer and squirrels eat it all next year.

Holy Moly!!!!!! Hi Rhoda 👋...... thats ALL YOUR LAND. WOW!!!!!! You guys are Lucky. Not having people on top of you. I would definitely go camping there. You don't need water..... my dogs would have a BALL running on that trail. So..... what does yellow rod, ( what's it called) taste like????? P.s. you look beautiful..... blessings my friend ❤

@susanorozco9112 HI! 👋 Yes, we have a lot of wood and a deep hollar. 😆 My boys love hiking down there and back. Goldenrod is a mild taste compared to black tea it says it tastes like anise. When you drink a cup of it, you're supposed to follow it with lots of water to flush out impurities in the body. I put a video out today about it. Great for UTI, nasel issues, thrush, colds, and sore throat (from what I read). Thank you so much, Susan, and God bless you, friend 🧡

@@PeaceBstill thank you for the info. I don't think we have that here in CA. At least I don't think so.

@citygirlhomestead thank you! It's a big hike!! Takes a long time to walk back up it. Wayne had the lawn mower halfway down so I drove it up the rest of the way. Dang chest pains.. I love you too friend!
