This is one the best songs Dave has ever written. I get chills every-time I hear it. Fucking unbelievable.

Down in this hole again trying to find a vein of something hammering these walls and hoping hoping to find my way through What if I strike it rich as I want to be? will it set me free or be just another hole to dig? what will it mean? I can't give up on this what am I supposed to do? hammering these walls down here trying to find a way out What if I strike it rich as I want to be? will it set me free or be just another hole to dig? what will it mean? what will it mean? what will it mean? what does it matter? But I can't give up on this always trying to break on through this air is choking me but hammering's all I know to do Do you remember how all this digging began? I can't stop looking but what am I looking at? what does it mean? what will it mean? what will it mean? what does it matter? Maybe I'll find a vein hammering these walls and hoping

I‘m pretty sure the album version would have sound something like this if Lillywhite would have produced it. Why is their „jam music“ part so missed in their last studio records?

I really really like this song of the new batch, way better than what Dave has already put out and played (aside from Break Free) for the new album.

Man the crowd at a DMB show sure has mellowed out a bit.. used to be everyone screaming their heads off every time Dave spoke

Small venues as well. Last nights show was at an auditorium. Only sat 2300 people. Insane.
@thomaskitz7101 Жыл бұрын
@@pattypat-me1sq yea for sure. Just so happens that the quieter crowds always seem to be the venues not in US. It’s a shame that’s the case. Would love to be able to hear a pin drop at the shows I attend every year lol
@kensonsounds Жыл бұрын
International crowds are way more respectful to the artists. It's manners! Listen (it's music) and THEN react with your appreciation. Kinda like going to a movie and keeping your mouth shut. The reason I can no longer go to a D&T show.
@thomaskitz7101 Жыл бұрын
@@kensonsounds for sure I went to D&T at United palace theatre in 2011 and literally had to yell at some girl to shut the fuck up lol. She’s literally screaming for them to play a song they already played. Last Dave and Tim show I’ve been to.
