The condo consists of two buildings, A and B, and is about 30 to 35 years old. However, it was renovated 8 to 9 years ago, transforming it into a more modern living space. Downstairs, you'll find essential amenities including a coffee shop, a convenience store, a restaurant, and even a barber shop. Building B houses the gym, while a language school and a laundry service add to the convenience of living here.

We explore a spacious 47 square meter unit priced at 9,500 Baht (under $300 USD) per month. The unit features a well-equipped kitchen with two hobs and a hood, a comfortable living area with a double sofa and a single sofa, and a bedroom with plenty of storage. The bathroom is modern with a rain shower and hot water throughout. While the balcony is mainly used for a washing machine, there's also fiber optic high-speed internet available.

Sure there are plenty of options around but remember this one is close ro the airport but does not get the noise from the airport . Unlike many condos on nimman
