Hello again my friend, Haha, you are not the only one, George said isn't that hive empty he just done, and I said no, he isn't going to make the same mistake as I did, great time to treat for mites on a captured swarm, get them before they have capped the brood, you are right, I do oxalic acid treatment five days apart four times possibly five sometimes just to make sure I cover a complete brood cycle, as for treatment of oxalic acid with supers on, well over here the jury is still out on that one, some say no and others say yes, the yes side because it doesn't penetrate the cappings, which sort of makes sense, and apparently there is no trace after a certain amount of time, how long I'm not too sure, but we will just have to wait and see what the powers to be decide, have to say that I have tried honey after treatment and couldn't tast anything, anyway catch up on the next one my friend, and love to your family from ours, stay safe till the next time, Neil
