The line between "spiritual awakening" & " phsycosis " . Are hella thin. I'm in the same boat . Thank you for the videos , helps to feel a bit better to put a light and voice to it

I'm also a spiritual person ✨ n I look for signs too I will Ask the Angels , Ask and you will Receive,,, for me I know that over thinking is not good for me ! Weighing my options is good , pros and cons , research, help from others, grounding is also important for me too! Take care ! You are doing awesome you got this ! Something my psychiatrist said a long time ago when I was paranoid was Is this a rational thought or irrational thought? It's good to know wat the difference is between the two !

I appreciate your content too bc I have also been through drug induced psychosis, thank you, it is hard when my bf doesn't understand that I can't do some things, but he tries to understand!!!! Edit: not that I can't do some things, but that fear holds me back, but he does help me get over that which I'm so grateful! And I wish u find somebody that does the same for you someday soon w peace n luv 💓 ✌☮

You are such a kind insightful beautiful spirit. I just found your channel and have binge watched a lot lol. I’ve been researching psychotropics as a therapeutic tool to help me recover from some of the trauma, and resulting anxiety and depression, I’ve been struggling with for years. I have to say thank you for sharing your story and insights into your recovery. I feel most aligned with your story of the many I have heard and I can 100% see this happening to me. I have all of the contributing factors you mentioned in your other video and the intention for a spiritual awakening through it. I’m really grateful I found your channel and was able to hear your story. This solidified for me that these tools are not for me. I wish the absolute best for you and your family through your recovery and the rest of your life. 💕

Thank you for your videos. I recently discovered your channel and what youre sharing is helping me so much in several ways. It helps me to feel more clarity about what happened and what is happening now. It helps me to trust more that I find my way again. It helps me to feel connected with other people in this experience. It helps me to see the beauty in it.

Good to see you back making videos again Hayden and I can usually relate to a lot of your content and am brutal for overanalyzing things I've been doing it no stop for nearly 6 years and it just comes to me as a habit now and a lot of people who ain't got mental health issues and have no idea the way of thinking with psychosis and just tell me am crazy cause I enterpretriat that I can see the future that I think am some what of a prophet but I'm just glad that analysis of signs have really help me on the road to recovery

I had to pause and comment on the "letting go of the narrative" phrase because it's absolutely indispensable for someone experiencing hypomania who can still turn around and seek treatment before it escalates to mania and potentially psychosis. While I was going back and forth between facilities, I kept a running narrative in my head that only made sense to me. It was all I had. Every interaction, every conversation, every movement had some kind of meaning. There was a very distinct moment where I was able to let go of some of my narrative. Thanks for shining a light on that.

Thank you 😊 I'm glad the message resonated with you. It's something I still work on, as I have a tendency to get stuck in a narrative that is not based on reality but rather my insecurities about the future or past. Learning how to drop the narrative has been really helpful for me glad it has been helpful for you too. Hope you are well 😊

@just being hayden Death is a concept in which is referred to as losing everything. All views are wrong and once you truly understand, suffering will end. The path to ending suffering is founded through the middle way. The middle is attained through disciplining the mind to not lie and practice the noble eightfold path. This also means to abstain from using intoxicants that cloud the mind.

@@justbeinghayden9451 Hayden, l am a medical doctor, with a huge experience with dying patients. Yes, there is death, death of the body. It's a bit early for you ( l am 56 yo) to reach definitely conclusions about death. Offer yourself a bit of time to gather info. The information l gathered directly pushed me on the path of optimism. I'm writing this because I see you as a young man with great perspectives and it would be a pity to slip on the slope of feeling dejected. Mark my words, this exceptional Universe didn't create us in order to shove us into a grave. Have patience. Read "In search of the miraculous" by P.D. Uspenski to begin with.

@@adrianavitzileou5198 Thanks for sharing. I also believe that part of us moves on to continue to grow and develop and to return to a place we have all been before and I have had experiences that would suggest that. I guess I just wanted to present the other side that there is loss and while part of us doesn't die, we do leave this part of our existence. So on one level it's not real, but on another level it's very real. I think both are true. I could have done s better job articulating that 😋
