Hi James. I must say your use of the English language is exquisite. Mr father, who was the most intelligent man ever, would be proud. Growing up he would say words that we had no idea of and made us look them up in the dictionary. At the dinner table if anyone made a grammatical error, they would be drawn and quartered! The first time my wife ate with us I cautioned her before to be on her best English behavior! As always a great video. I'm getting more and more tempted to want a Rolls. Never been my thing either, but Salomondrin did a video and now you. What wonderful experiences they deliver!

I know what you mean about driving steadily with a sense of occasion, I drive a Phaeton V8 as a daily and I'm happy to just waft along with the seat massage on! Its a different but equivalent experience to lairy light turbochargedness..

James I think you should try the S63/65 AMG cabriolet, 911 targa, Vanquish Volante, or a Corvette Z06, each of these would look amazing in your fleet :)

Hope you try the Vanquish S Volante. The noise of the NA V12 from Aston Martin in its last iteration is amazing and, with the roof off, should make for an amazing experience.

You should get a 911 Targa. Honestly I think in the U.K. having a RR Dawn looks to out of place due to the consistent rain fall. The Targa will be a good replacement for GT3. Kill two birds with one stone.

I have visited UK once and while I was surprised how quickly the weather changed and how sh*tty the average weather conditions were I was even more surprised how many convertible cars I saw on the streets :D I guess it all comes up to the fact that if you have the $ and you want to enjoy the sunny days as many as there is then don't hold back and just buy the damn convertible. Speaking from my own experience, it is really nice to have it, even if you take it out only once a week in 3 sh*tty summer months in a year.

I like RR more and more, used to look at them as lazy oversized fat cars for the rich to show off, but they are definitely looking better and more appealing with each new generation. Wish the instruments were bit larger, that speedometer is too small, guess they like it retro but at least enlarge it :) Anyway, I'm sure it must be and occasion to drive it, great looking spec, beautiful vid!

You need a Dawn, James. Perfect for some adventures in Europe this summer with four people aboard! One thing though, if you get one, you need *all* the interior open grain wood options - on the doors, and on the rear deck! Those wood options really make the car.
