Why is everyone so afraid of perfume with lasting power. The market is SATURATED with watered down weak perfumes. If they get anymore weak I will boycott all perfumes and buy only extraits..holy cow!! That's the hardest part for me..finding good lasting power. What is goin on.

Personal MILK sounds perfect for medical staff & those with allergies. Expressive MILK sounds delish & cozy. I don't know about the smoke in Bold MILK. I love Milk! After smelling every fragrance in the large discovery set I decided on Milk Expressive even though I liked Bold too. In my opinion, the expressive and bold were similar enough that I didn’t feel the need to spend more on bold. Milk is one of my favorite winter fragrances. It’s also a cozy bedtime scent. Gold Bold is really good too. I may use your Commodity code to get that one.

I love lactonic notes. It seems to round off any sharp edges of fragrances that otherwise would be too harsh to my nose. Gourmands of the caramel and coconut variety repel me, but milk and cream are my jam. 👍🏼

Hi Sebastian! I have tried all of them!! To be honest I prefer Milk(Expressive). Milk- I find it too close to the skin and Milk+(Bold) I found it more woody ❤

I ordered the personal milk first because I think it's a great layering scent, but I think I'm going to have to order the bold milk fragrance before next fall because it is so cozy and delicious. If I had an unlimited budget I'd probably buy all three versions of Milk 😆

Milk expressive is one of my favorites. I have it on now, wore it to date night with my toddler and husband. I want to blind buy milk bold but am afraid itll be too similar. I asked for gold expressive for christmas from my husband and am hoping he gets me the discovery set as well. And side note, I also asked for kayali musk 12 for Christmas. My kinds of cozy scents for winter for sure.

I would absolutely love to see a review of lactonic fragrances! I was excited when you mentioned the Jovoy fragrance in your tea fragrances video that is lactonic, as opposed to more of a fruity tea. Also, do you have any other recommendations for sites that do samples? The one you tag in your info box is one that I constantly have open, and listen to a video and find one that I may be interested in, sometimes that brand/specific fragrance isn't listed as an option, I get bummed out. I am relatively new to the community, and want to try all the things, but also want to test before I commit to a full bottle.

I like lactonic notes and these are on my radar since Commodity is back at Sephora. What’s your favorite Commodity fragrance by the way? I’m gonna order some 10ml but I’m torn lol. I was a big fan of Commodity from the beginning and was so thrilled when Vicken bought the company. So of course I bought the new Exploration Kit. I still love the original Velvet (Expressive) and now I love Milk (Expressive). It reminds me in the opening of the long discontinued Altaro by Body Shop, which was one of the best things I have ever had my nose on. I struggle with the Bold versions of Milk, Gold and Velvet because my nose just smells like a ton of tonka and smoke and they don't smell great in the drydown on my skin. And the Personal versions, I don't find them so memorable. So yeah, Expressive for me all the way 🤣 Great video! 👏

For me the expressive version was overpowered by a rubber sent like new tiers. That rubber note overpowered the laconic notes. Did anyone else have that experience? Or perhaps my sample was bad?

I got interested in the brand even before trying their fragrances. Their you tube channel is great - they showed the whole journey of buying Commodity and going through review of frangrances and to scent space - engaging, energetic, positive. Can't wait what else they plan to release.
