This raving review stimulated me to try and buy this fragrance. It was basically out of stock everywhere but I found it on Makeup, which I later found out is a Polish company. It took me almost a month to get it, and I was worried it wouldn’t arrive. It finally did and it was definitely worth the wait. My partner who likes very few scents even likes it. Best blind buy I’ve ever had.

Mauboussin is a super underrated and under appreciated house. Mauboussin Homme is so damn good to my nose. Worth three times the price it goes for. Can’t wait to get my nose on this one!

Karine Dubreil Sereni is so underrated: gucci pour homme II, lalique ombre noire, l occitane eau des bavx, some bentleys...great work and very affordable!

Need to try this. Best Layton DNA I have tried so far (except Layton and Layton Exclusif) is Costume National I. It seems to be discontinued but Fragrance Net still has some. It's really great.

Just received mine via a Swiss online retailer. It passed the wife test. 😅So worth the deal. 😀Saw that many said that it was sold out, so I checked. Sure enough, it seems to be in high demand. My original retailer was sold out but I found another retailer for a second purchase. Good enough deal to grab another.

I just received mine in Mail. Initial spray I smell like Brown Sugar, my nose is weird, and Vanilla. Will see how it smells again after shower. So far not disappointed though.

I gave Mauboussin Star body cream as a mother's day gift for my mom in law. Very cheap indeed, about 15 euro for a 200 gr jar 💖 And it was even not from discounter store, I found it at luxury perfumery here in west Europa ✨ Where they also sell Chanel and Dior, Hermes.

I bought it for even 18 euros... Great fragrance for that price. I think it's bit redundant if you have Layton already because you'll get the hints of it for sure. But I can also see the how Althair also influenced this. It's less fresh and bright than Layton, I'd say more dark, sweet, seductive.

I think Mauboussin is more appreciated here in Europe. They have indeed very good prices, around 20-25 Eur. Haven’t tried Star for women yet although this is very popular and appreciated here in Romania- I am a little scared of the combination of fig and coconut milk.🤦‍♀️ From this house I have only Pour Elle and In Red is on its way to me probably tomorrow. It would be interesting a video with the fragrances of this house.😊 It sounds intersting the Star for men if it has iris and patchouli 😊
