So refreshing seeing a reviewer that clearly purchases their own bottles. I can’t help but notice so many KZbin reviewers rarely highlight Frederick Malle and I know it’s cause they don’t give away product. I am a fan myself, and proud owner of musc ravaguer, portrait of a lady, music for awhile, une rose and of course carnal flower. Carnal flower is the only perfume I’ve gone through multiple bottles. My absolute favorite!!

I used to get backup bottles 'just in case' if I were to find a great deal, now I think I grew picky 😄 Anyway, I'm happy I own at least an extra bottle for some fragrances in particular : - Dior Homme Intense (no backup for the first batch though) - Molecule 01 - Vintage Dolce & Gabbana pour Homme - LIDGE - Masculin Pluriel - Eau Sauvage Parfum (2012) ... And many more actually ! After a quick look, happy to discover I do not own that much backup bottle I do not really care about 😅

Yes I can smell the similarity of Moon with Fidelis, but they take a different way IMHO, I love both, to me Fidelis is the winner. I need to try Feve Delicieuse and By the fireplace, just bought Ameer Al Oud Intense from Latafa they say it smells like BTF and Herod combined, hopefully I get an Idea. Only one fragrance, Tam Dao EDP. I have two medium sized tester bottles, one at work, one at home and a full sized bottle at home that is almost finished. I bought a Tam Dao EDP a few weeks ago, but it is much weaker and does not smell nearly as good as my last bottle, bought last year. I was able to return it, but I am very sad about this, as this is the only scent I wear.

I think the juice color is fine. When you decant dark juice from a big full bottle, into say a 10ml decant. The juice in the decant will always be a lot lighter then the juice in the full bottle.

How much of the chewy-textured, coconut milk-ish with cinnamon-like sweetness of the fig fruit is actually in Diptyque Phylosicos? I have Dior Dune Pour Homme and I regret there isn't more of the fig fruit in it. Its mostly fig leaf and fig bark. I like it but especially like fig and date fruit.

Musc ravageur vs L'Erbolario Maharees... Wow yesterday I was talking about Maharees vs Chopard Casimir. I live in Italy and was gifted the Maharees body cream. I have been looking for a great vanilla (seen all your videos on that and blind bought Vanilla Malagasy from one of your reviews) and someone told me Casmir could do the trick. I don't know if it's me, but as I sprayed it and on the drydown, I just got Maharees. Could be the same perfume for all I smell.

Yeah, psychedelique seems reformulated. I don't think the very dark color of the juice has the performance you talk about! On the contrary, Private Label (2020 bottle) is more beast-mode than described

Like a month after By the Fireplace came out, I already smelled it on a couple in a grocery store. Both of them were wearing it. 😂 As far as DHP, let me know what you think of Zara's Bergamot & Leather Spritz from their Jo Malone collab. It's been compared to DHP recently with some people calling it a fresher and more youthful take on the same DNA. I've had it for a few weeks now, but I'm really interested to get your take.
