I love Basilica! I discovered when looking for incense fragrances. I also love creamy lactonic fragrances, and this is just milky delicious to me. It is the impossible combination of church incense and soft creamy dessert. So lovely! Thank you for the fantastic review!! BTW, you just got me to give Brera another chance... I am loving it! I love that you both can have different views. A great duo!

I personally think that "Basilica" might've been the best fragrance release of 2021. Besides "Basilica", they have some other ones which I hope to get a full bottle of.

Nice overview of the house, appreciate the added perspective. I received my Scent Club box yesterday and I am loving Bombay Bling!, today, which is great because it’s not something I would typically go for. My only hesitation is that it seems to be mostly gone after five hours and the reviews on Fragrantica claim it’s a reformulation. It may be good enough at 5 hours, but I’m kinda hoping I just under sprayed because of the tester. How are you guys finding the performance? If they reformulate the fragrance they should reformulate the price.

Haven’t smelled all, but Galleria was my favorite. Funny how different we all are, I found it fruity leathery iris and I sold it because I couldn’t smell it on myself, became anosmic perhaps? Weird. Anyway, lovely fragrance. Thanks for the review. :)

In 2021, I got a discovery set for Milano Fragranze's first eight fragrance releases. I could tell right away that "Basilica" is by far my favorite one from them (it's one of my favorite fragrances). Since then, I've added two 3.4 oz. bottles of "Basilica to my collection. I like most of the rest of them, especially: "Cortile", "Derby", "Diurno", "Naviglio", and some other ones too. There was only one which I didn't like. I haven't tried any of their releases since their first eight.

I like "Naviglio". It reminds me of the scent of the face wipes which tour bus companies in Turkiye would give you when you're on a long-distance bus ride, only I think "Naviglio" has a better scent than that.

I adore La Prima! But bubblegum-y is def a very particular preference and I didn't put my finger on that type of playfulness until you mentioned it. It puts me in such a good mood and I think still smells a little refined/sophisticated. I gotta smell Derby, Panettone, and Cortille.

Some of these sound great, and Galleria sounds the most intriguing. But it has to be said - though this is probably what is keeping the cost down - the bottles are all identical and therefore the presentation is a bit boring. Playing with the color, texture, opacity if the bottles and the finish of the caps would make this brand more attractive. I would be hesitant to own more than one lest I accidentally pick up the wrong one. Thameen has the same problem.

"Derby" in Italy is when two football teams of the same city play against each other. And these matches are a really big thing in italy, specially in Milano with her two big football teams, Inter and Milan. :)
