Imo, a blood-lusted and motivated-to-protect-his-daugher Manager Kim is nothing short of the absolute top 3 in all of PTJ. He was THE super soldier, the most feared and respected veteran of war, peerless in espionage/spy-work, someone who had trained his whole youth and manages life-and-death situations as second nature, second-to-none in high tension situations, entire nations and their armies have prepped SPECIFICALLY to somehow manage him or at least mitigate the damage he can cause. first of all the Crewheads themselves said if theyd get hit by basement hulk it would be over. basement hulk was fighting Eli Jang and he didnt even land a single punch because he was restricted in his movement yet still somehow Eli Jang was injured and tired. The only reason why the 4 major crews did so good is not because the gap between them and the j high trio is so substantial its because all 4 of them were able to work togethor so well and they knew they knew the risks and cautions to getting hit.

Personal Opinion:- 1. Gun is stronger than Goo 2. Gun is as powerful as James Lee but they both are little weaker than KOS 3. UI Daniel is little weaker than KOS and is as powerful as Gun and James Lee 4. Gun's father was more powerful than Gapryong Kim and probably Jinyoung Park and Gapryong Kim together fought against him but Jinyoung lost badly and Gapryong got heavily injured but some kind of sudden awakening allowed him to defeat Gun's father

Bro did vasco and zack dirty. Vasco pulled out runners high mode and only used it for a couple seconds and didn’t even use all the forbidden techniques with it. Zack is relatively as strong as a copy user without even copying. Johan isn’t James Lee so if Johan was awake and he got hit with the counter punch it would’ve knocked Johan out. Zack already fought 2 people before the Johan fight and had to carry both Hudson and jibeom from the bottom floor all the way to the top
