To be fair, Yui should just earn a medical license in secret since with her intelligence and skill, any medical commission in the world would willing to give her the license. The most stupid fact that in the end, people and the authority still criminalize Yui despite all her contributions. Even stupider is that the whole group does not use their connection to the Yakuza and the son of the prominent politician to vouch for them. The best ending should Yui and her team are acquitted under special circumstances and Yui is given a full scholarship to best medical university in Japan to earn a license. The series should end with Yui becomes a real doctor in the top hospital in Japan. No matter how conservative Japan is, extraordinary individual like Yui cannot be ignored. Blackjack is an unlicensed doctor like Yui and the whole Japan worship him and willing to ignore that he lost his license just because he is too good

Not really, Dooge Howser at least is recognized as a real doctor despite his age, unlike Yui who is criminalized because of her age. Realistically, the authority will pretend their arrest against Yui team never exist and get Yui to the top medical school in the country to get a license. In fact she could just get a license long time ago since her age matters little against her skill
