I’m working on my body game. 5-6 days in the gym hitting the weights heavy and eating clean. But I’m doing this for myself to boost my energy and mental state up. I know the women will come eventually because every time I lose weight and have a masculine frame, the females chase and put themselves in my orbit. Also I’m getting more into stock investments and and getting into the Cyber security field. So at this point females are just a distraction! 2020 is the year of self improvement and to get ready for 2021.

Uncle rom I think the main problem with men is low testosterone. I believe if men hormonal levels were optimal they would have the drive and swagger sex appeal to get women. Because the sex drive would be strong so they would do what they need to do to get sex.

Even my girl thinks that I’m too much of a stud, and have too much testosterone for her lol. That semen retention is real, along with black seed oil and a moderate amount of exercise. Having discipline is very powerful!
