I think abs are overrated in terms of sex appeal. Yea they’re definitely appealing and attractive, but they require you to lean down a lot which means you will have to sacrifice a lot of size all over. Focus on shoulders, specifically rear delts. Developed rear delts would do wonders for a man. They’ll improve your posture, change the way you walk, make your waist appear slimmer, make you look muscular from the side and the back, and just make you look manly. Females go crazy over broad shoulders. People also don’t realize they are key to the rounded, capped cannonball look. More so than front or side delts.

My opinion was that an ideal size, muscle and bodyfat level would be between a NBA player guard and a NFL Dback or WR. This is the body size of male strippers. They are that size because its HOT to females and its where there money is at.
