I like everything about this tutorial, the speaker's voice, the pink loom (soothing color to me) , the clear video and the absence of wrong music!! Yes, its fiddly to learn new things with yarns, but I am so excited about my chunky yarn loom knit pillow cover I am making. I have done a bit of practice loom knitting and fails already, so I did not expect to learn everything from this one video but just the part I needed. Newbies need to get some experience. I have removed and rewound my yarn many times. Practice a lot before you worry about fixing mistakes.

AH! So that was what the scrap piece of yarn was for when you cast on. I am new to knitting on a loom so was confused as to the purpose of that scarp yarn. I was searching through these videos hoping to find a later one that describes what it's for. Thanks!!

Very helpful tutorial, thank you. I'd like to offer a minor correction, however. When the instructor is binding off with the crochet hook, she says "this is the CHAIN STITCH in crochet". Sorry, sweetie, this is incorrect. What you are doing is called a SLIP STITCH.

I was wondering how to fix mistakes? I have been trying to loom knit but when I have found a mistake and try to fix it I keep running into problems. I have tried to remove the mistake or mistakes but then I cannot seem to put the yarn back onto the pegs. I keep trying to put my project back on my loom but I just cannot seem to get it right. I put one loop back on then the next loop gets to small to pick it up and put it on. I hope that what I am asking makes sense.

I recently purchased a Martha Stewart loom and am very disappointed. The pegs fall out, the loom separates and it gets very tight in the middle and loose at both ends. Binding off, very tight compared to the beginning loose. The whole baby blanket is so misshaped and unusable. Anyone out there with this experience?.

I have that same problem so went online to find out how to fix it ... it says to use paint tape .. to put it over the hole and then push the peg down in it.. I hope this helps
