Did you test out the relaxed firm or the firm option?

I deleted my previous comment. It was pretty harsh looking back on it now. I have recently tried the L&L, and I have been terribly disappointed. I expected high quality memory foam and pressure relief, like Amerisleep's mattresses have. L&L also compares their Relaxed Firm to Tempur-pedic's Cloud Luxe Elite Breeze, which is very plush. Instead, the Loom & Leaf feels like laying on hard, dense blocks of foam. Tempur's Contour Elite Breeze doesn't feel that way even though it's one of their firmest mattresses. Once again, I apologize.

It's so funny...I thought it dipped too much! Maybe it is because I have wide hips, but I felt like my body was zig-zagging, so to speak. It also feels like sleeping on a heated pad. It did not make me sweat but it felt hot locally where my pressure points are....like lying on an overheated car seat. Everyone else raves about how cool it sleeps. Is it me? I was so disappointed but had to return it.

@@aiai-j7i Well, firmness is really subjective. I think the top layer was pretty plush. It's just that foams themselves weren't very conforming/pressure relieving. And the organic cotton cover is very classy but it definitely traps heat. Do you like to sleep on top of your mattress or have it cradle you? What position do you sleep in? I would try checking out Nest Bedding. They incorporate a lot of cooling technologies in their mattresses. Their luxury firm Alexander hybrid or Signature Series might be a good fit. It would just depend on if you like the feel of coils or not. The Brooklyn Bedding Aurora firm or Winkbeds luxury firm may be worth checking out, too.

@@themattressadvisor8643 I'm 5'2", 215lbs, side and back sleeper who prefers a firmer feel. I have chronic neck, shoulder and back pain and MAJOR issues with sleeping hot. My favorite mattresses in stores are Tempur-pedic's Contour Elite Breeze and ProAdapt Firm, Stearns & Foster Luxe Estate hybrid firm, and Beautyrest Black Aubrie (firm). Unfortunately, I don't have the salary to support my lavish desires. What do you recommend? I love the pressure relief from memory foam, but I can trouble sleeping hot/changing positions. I've been considering: *Brooklyn Bedding Aurora firm *MUSE firm *Winkbeds luxury firm/plus *Helix Nightfall *Novosbed firm *Sapira *Amerisleep AS2 *Luft firmer side sleeper **Nest Bedding Alexander Signature Hybrid or Series in luxury firm and their Latex Hybrid are options, but they wouldn't come with trial period. I exchanged the Signature medium for the Hybrid medium, and both were too soft. I'd be stuck with whichever I ordered, which makes me a little nervous. I'm open to other suggestions though. Any 11"/thicker pressure relief championships with great responsiveness on the firm side? Thank you!

I absolutely hate this mattress now. It's great for about 4 months and I used to really like it and then it starts to sag. i bought the firm model and I wish I just returned it and got the refund. Unfortunately i am out of the trial period.

I am so relieved in a way to hear some negative reviews...so many reviews on how it is a little too hard (even the relaxed firm) and I just felt like I was going to sleep in a trench in no time. I tried finding lesser-stars reviews on their website but they are impossible to find. I know there have to be some since it is not an overall 5 star rating.
