Kondaurova adopted this particular style of Yakobson choreography quite well which is polar opposite of fluid Mariinsky style. But above all she is a great actress and her strength is subtlety. Like in Anna Karenina she is so convincing in expressing the feeling of the oppressed. With every pose she striked she narates the story, how she is powerless as a slave, how she is worrying about her huhband, how she wants to run away with him. Continue...
