I don't know if you are aware the SK05 Pro is just released, its on Amazon now. Upgraded spot LED and a hinged battery access and upgraded to two 4000mAh batteries. With combined discounts of 30% not a bad deal. By the way my Granddaughter loves the gimmicky colored side lights on flashlights, so not a total waste.

The SK05 was released the exact time I released this video. I don’t have the Pro so when recording this video I had none of that info. If I get my hands on the pro I’ll do an update. And I’m sure Loop Gear didn’t have kids in mind when programming the rainbow color modes into a 100 dollar flashlight. Or maybe they did, who knows but for most people they’re not going to like it

Hey Chris, they changed the pocket clip in the retail version, that’s why the prototype didn’t get it. I’m a ML lover as well, and had been using the white side light in low.

The Pro version you can just pop open the back to swap batteries, one of the "upgrades".

@@ChrispyThings Yeah, it comes with 2x4000mAh instead of 3000mAh. Spotlight is 1300 vs 750lm. Flood is 3060 vs 2100. A bit more throw on the spot too.

@@ChrispyThingsNice review. Pro version has upgrades in battery size as well as spotlight and floodlight outputs. Definitely worth the extra money (based on non sale pricing) given that and the ability to quick swap batteries.

The pro has nichia 519a’s for the triple/flood emitters. Removable batteries and higher turbo lumens from my understanding

Worst review I've ever seen. This is the base model, and there's a pro model, which you're constantly confusing with this one. The pro is the one with 4000mah batteries, that you can pop out, hugher lumen etc. Maybe inform yourself next time?
