common sense, PNG is a developing nation were there will be an increase in each and everything concerning the country PNG so dont compare statistics of past parliament to current. Some of those past result were better then the current, for example kina value rises to its maximum from the Somare government

Madang Governor I think is concerned with the fact that the National Government through its entities are are making decisions without the consent or knowledge of local authorities. Mining activities are profitable but they permanently damage the environment and displace local inhabitants so its only fair that they be involved from the begining because land in PNG is valuable to the people and more importantly, it is held under customary ownership.

Great to hear that the minister for DHERST is concern with the TVET Schools in the country. But the question is; What is really meant by Take back PNG? There are alot of Trade teachers in the country who does not have positions in any TVET schools and Colleges in the country, they are still looking for jobs. Why is the government bringing in contact officers from the Philippines to teach in our Technical and vocational schools in the country?? Philippinos are great pretenders, they will pretend that they know everything, but infact they will learn from you. To be honest, as a Technical teacher in the country, the education level of the Philippino contract officers are 3x lower than the national teachers. Please terminate the contract of all Philippino contract officers in the country and send them back to their countries country and never recruit any contract officers. We have enough c qualified Technicians in the country country, make use of them. And never allow them to become managers, HODs or principals in any Technical and Business Colleges because they are robbing the country.

Good member for Goroka, while we appreciate your point in acknowledging the government, I would like you to understand that Sam Basil Jnr travels on a road the National Government can not fix, Daulo is simple fix. Kumalu doesn't have solution and even connect PNG doesn't have solution to it. Remember also that Sam Basil Snr died on a road accident that was neglected to be upgraded and rehabilitated for so long, regardless of the significant contribution done since the late 1800s through its gold and even today.
