Loose Watercolour Daffodils

Let's loosen up and paint Spring Daffodils with our Watercolours
There is so much to enjoy during this tutorial such as joyous splatters of soft washes and beautiful darker background washes that will enable your Daffodils to stand out from the crowd.
Material
Saunders Waterford
Spray bottle
Size 8 round brush
Size 2 mop brush
Kitchen roll
Wax
Ultramarine blue
Cadmium Yellow deep
Rose Madder deep.

I am in awe of your talent and technique Joanne 🙂 You work so fast, loose and carefree that I'm thinking 'goodness me, there is paint everywhere'!!! And then it all comes together and looks stunning . . . . these daffodils just leap off the page!!! Is this what they call negative painting? Where you do a background and it makes the picture 'pop'? It really does take practice and is achievable 🥰 Many of my Patreons struggle with drawing so I always provide a download sketch with my tutorials that way you can concentrate on the fun stuff...painting 😉
