You will also need a pencil, a rubber and some kitchen roll.

This Artistro set looks great. I purchased one last year, 48 colors, but it did not have the swatch chart. Also, the pans popped out, when I was moving things about, and I had quite a time putting them back into their proper order. I just haven't been happy with my set.

I think that the blue that you used looks a lot like the classic robin’s egg blue. If you know how to mix a robin’s egg blue I hope that you will share it with us! I have been looking for it for quite some time! I Love Love Love your chicks and eggs! The metallic is genius! Because of the variety, including some neon and metallic colors this looks like a perfect beginners set! Thank you so much for your teaching!💕

Very cute, and neat finishing touches. Actually the Artistro set at £19 would make a nice present for a grandchild starting out, I do wonder if it is possible to lever the colours out carefully with a penknife, and stick them back in order with gum arabic or similar, encouraging the use of colour names.
