I haven't played PoE in a few years. S1 of Diablo 4 reminded me how superior PoE is in terms of their league mechanics. Happy to be back after a few years of new content, of which PoEs shallowest league mechanic is 10x deeper than the malignant BS.

I'm a D4 Refugee but I've played Diablo since original D2, tho now I'm on console and if my dumbass had known PoE was available on console I'd have been playing for years by now. I personally love the complexity and depth of skills, trees and gear/crafting. I only started a week or so before D4 S1 and I've already ran 4 builds into low end mapping (T6) just to prep for really pushing endgame in Ancestors. MoM Armageddon brand Recall Heirophant is my fave and fastest through acts so far.

I think D4 has a lot of potential but is like a 6 out of 10 right now. We'll see in year what they do with the end game but poe 1 is always going to be my favorite in the arpg space. D4 might be my off game if poe 2 is too much like ruthless but that is way too early to tell.

Much respect to NeverSink for everything he does. One thing I was thinking may happen is he would get some much needed help to fix his div cards filter. What I usually suggest anyone to do is... click to show all cards, then go through the list and filter out only very spammy cards. It doesn't matter if a div card for Alpha Howl isn't a significant drop 2 months into the league. This isn't a card you'll see often and you most definitely want to see it day 1 of the league. By default it is hidden even on semi-strict. There's a lot of cases like that.

The divination card economy data is sadly incredibly messy. A lot of people dump-price cards resulting in the economy claiming cards as worth 3-5c, while they're actually completely pointless. We're trying out some new strategies this league in hope of improving the situation

So I watched this video and Neversink did many examples and explained everything so well, but the new season / event has started and I can't get Neversink to work as I desire. I'm playing a Ice Priest (wrong name but not the witch) and I want a filter that hides every weapon except wands, staves, and I guess a couple more. Plus I want to hide all the armour from every type except Armour & Evasion, for everything from helms to shields and all the stuff in between, I of course do not wish to hide a 6 link item ever or rares etc... but that is NOT what Filterblade is doing I added all those filters, with the don't include these option through all of them except "Armour and Evasion", I know this isn't actually what i want since it in theory hides the rares but i could live with that if the junk would go away. WHY is this so hard.

Would it be possible for a filter to know its a mageblood without hovercheck the belt? is it alot more work or does poe have somekind of safety against that, or is reading the input considered hacking of some sort.

There is a size option for individual items on neversink filter. By default items of greater value have greater font size. From the styles tab you can activate a button to put all loot options as max font. Another option which i'm not sure if it works is to change the in-game font size from the options menu.

One of the patreon enabled features is the 4 hour automatic updates, so I think you do get updates, but if you use the one from the POE forums it's just ever how often he manually updates it.

If you've subscibred to one of my basic 14 filters. It will update every 4 hours (practically when you restart the game). If you just downloaded a filter it won't If you want a mix of auto-update and customization that's where the filterblade autoupdater comes in

Some of us do not give a shit about the value or trade value of an item because we hate GGG's trade system (SSF Only) and refuse to use that shit, so as far as I'm concerned thanks but I would be 100% happy if that was not part of my filter and that you never updated my filter unless the world changed and my ice mage now had a new item that became sweet to have if found.

The base-filters pre-delivered on consoles are not auto-updated. Their economy is based of the PC economy as well. Sadly I neither have a console, nor have any data available to help with that. I highly recommend customizing things to your liking on filterblade when playing on console
