Salve and void is the way to go unless you're below 92 range. anguish and slayer helm is actually better with blessed dhide. I personally have a masori helm in which case the salve is better with.

If you’re meleeing on a slayer task a guy in my cc pointed me toward slayer helm + torture over salve.. it’s actually marginally higher dps 👍🏻 personally I find melee to be a lot more chill and easier to woox walk if that’s your thing, but it’s less kills/hr
