Lorcana Tournament Meta - October Tier List

In this video, I go over the results of multiple recent Lorcana Tournaments in order to build a picture of the Lorcana Meta (metagame). By looking at the Top Tier Lorcana decks and their performance in recent tournaments, I build a Lorcana Tier List to rank the decks based on their popularity and success.
Disney Lorcana is a new card game with a very interesting meta. Going over each meta deck present in the lorcana tcg and building a tier list is fun to do periodically. This one is the October version of my lorcana tier list.

Do you think that Amber-Steel will push its dominance in the meta? Or will a new deck challenge it to take the crown?

I have a 25% win rate against RA. They're just too powerful with the control. Elsa is the biggest staller.

@@blockbusterlatefees7713 RA is a difficult deck to play against; You need to either pressure them a lot early, or have many evasive/protected threats (e.g. Kozco). Have you tried Amber-Steel songs?

IMO if broom was changed to any card but broom, R/A games wouldn’t be so long. Ravensburger should just change Briom and 4 drop Hades to not target itself

I haven't personally experienced games that go so long very often. I don't think that Ravensburger will start making erratas on a new game like this, but I could see a banned list at some point. Do you face a lot of long R/A mirror matches? Online or at your local game store?

I get extra points for league if I come tomorrow with a mono color deck.. any thoughts on where to start? I’m thinking green cuz I have a lot of those cards and bonus points if I don’t have to play with a ton of value in my deck cuz of the collector in me and the kiddo

Emerald is solid. You can go Flynn-Cheschire-MotherKnowsBest-Tinkerbelle-Hans-Kuzco-Genie-JohnSilver and have a pretty nice base. You have aggression and removal which is nice. Ruby is a bit lackluster alone. Amber would probably have to be a Stitch-based deck, but the cards to make it shine are quite expensive.

Amethyst has a lot of good cards to work with the 7-drop Dr. Facilier and can stand on its own with card draw and Elsa/andor/Facilier as top end. Steel is one of the most balanced ink and you can never go wrong with Hook-Eric-Smash-Tinkerbellx2-Hans-GrabYourSwords-Beast-AWholeNewWorld and that kind of line.

Finally, Sapphire has Ramp, Removal and strong threats if you have Belle-Aurora-Hades-LetItGo. Overall, I would probably go Emerald or Amethyst-Facilier for varitey, but Steel or Saphire are solid choices too.

I have videos with deckbuilding details and importable decklists for the top decks. With RiseOfTheFloodborn releasing this friday, those lists will become a bit stale though. I plan to post an update tier list next week. I'll include decklists to that one. ;)

hello, for the octogone tournament, could you explain to me how blue/green is in top 8 without more than 50% win rate knowing that he was the only one? :) unfortunately the video is not worked enough which results from an incorrect tier list

There were 128 participants in the tournament and Sapphire-Emerald had a play rate of 4.17%, which means about 5 players were playing that archetype. To make the top 8, one particular player must have had a good win rate. Which means that the others had a pretty bad one.
