Well done for the worth ethic bro, seeing you grow from your birthday in your C63 to now is awesome, and no one understands how you actually grew your business from social media than “Lord Aleem showing off “ only the bad minded and haters would use that phrase. Once again great work to you and your father brother.

There’s literally no proof of anything you own/earned so it’s easy to talk crap on the internet. It’s funny though because you’re literally Eastern European, and I haven’t come across a single wealthy or successful Eastern European. Unless you class washing cars for a living successful 🤷‍♂️

Lewis, this is far the worst podcast you released, just in contrast to the podcast, you did with Reece and George where both shared insights on founding, building, marketing, scaling, and many other very important aspects of a business this one was quite embarrassing. Nothing against the kid, good for him to be able to work alongside his dad which is a dream for many alone the fact to be working with your own family, but no value in any regard of business. Nevermind him crying about bad partnerships, if you cant even choose a partner or blame others for why a business fails, it should ring bells on how much you don't know about business and people. Anyhow, enjoy your podcast, usually great content, wisdom, and business knowledge.

I've always said, it's tougher to make something of yourself when you come from a rich/mediocre background than a poor one. when you're struggling your back is against the wall, and you have that extra drive to make it. But when you're comfortable, as he was, it's much harder to get up every day and make something of yourself, so props to him, not an easy task!

Brilliant podcast, Aleem’s a brilliant guest to have as he’s so passionate but also giving. He divulged such a significant amount of experience, knowledge and his pov through it all almost as if he was a third party looking in. His business knowledge is clearly growing as the business grows and he’s able to explore the potential for innovation. As a bystander, I think he should get himself a ghost writer and get cracking on his business memoir (i say memoir as opposed to biography as I’m sure there’s a heck of alot more to come). I can see it becoming a business bible for the new age millennial entrepreneur almost like a blueprint of how to navigate choppy waters and eventually start sailing smoothly all through the use of social media which even 10 years ago would have been mind boggling. Great listen and brilliant episode!

@@missmirii let me just say clearly to you. It was a good podcast overall as I stated above. I liked it and im not hating on him. But it did sound like he was trying a bit too much. Its my opinion. You replying to my comment saying im hating when im not. So don't get angry at me because I never hated on him. Hope that has cleared it up?

Seems like cool guy, wish him all the success and more so no hate etc. but if this is entrepreneurship podcast can't have guests on who didn't start themselves from scratch, there is no credibility as entrepreneur more as manager that companies like waitrose hire to run it and then they leave after 3 years. Without the supercars in first place to do video in drive nothing happens. So zero credibility to learn from as entrepreneur. As a guy speaking about managing a business, how to hire etc. then he can talk but not as entrepreneur. No different to the Pretty Little Thing founder. His grandad had clothing business, so multi-decade background, his dad setup boohoo in 2006. And then says to his son here is your separate company. Money, factories, connections, know how from day 1 once again not an entrepreneur, like gym shark guys from scratch. Its called nepotism for reason and reason why in places like hollywood with odd exception their kids never succeed as actors as public are like NO just because of your parents etc.

Couldn't agree with you anymore. Not saying he or the lot who set up PLT haven't done well cos they have, but it was literally given to them on a plate. The resources, finances, funding, industry experience etc so it's hard to actually take something away from people like that. When they say things like "hard work = success" it lacks authenticity because they had success prior to their 'hard work', but the likes of Lewis and co, it means something. Nothing beats that true grit, building something from the ground up type story. Hope Lewis focuses on entrepreneurs who started from scratch in the future.

@@cshbdinduv 100% spot on. The real deal guys had to live on noodles, credit card debt, people like dyson re-mortgaged his house twice if i remember correct, etc. People like jayz and damon dash were handing their CDs out of their car boots etc. these are real deal guys. Not guys where the hardest part of getting base and momentum has been setup and you've got to keep it going. Its why even Gary Vee always has question mark over him as he grew his dads liquor business from $3 to $60 million it would have taken him a decade to get to the £3million in the first place from scratch if at all. For this podcast to have credibility as business podcast has to have real entrepreneurs and not even guys who raised a tonne of funding from the get go.

@@clubgel Noodles and beans on toast type stories hit different lmaoo. Stories like the Dyson one or the one about Logic, the rapper and J. Cole are special af. I've seen people say this to him (Aleem) but he regards it as hate which I guess depends on a person's perspective. In terms of Gary Vee, he's spoke about how he didn't take a single cent from his dad's wine business. His salary was $100,000 a year, but in terms of equity, he gave it all to his pops and went off to start Vayner Media with what he had earned as an employee. Again, it's perspective tbh but regardless, I'm sure Lewis has read these comments and reconnects with the main aim for this podcast to be about entrepreneurs, cos it's not just us who are saying this. I'd rather Aleems dad come on and share his story instead.

@@cshbdinduv agree with what you said. With vaynerhcuck he's good guy and gave his dad money etc and paid himself average salary. That unrelated point from the fact he didn't start himself have the credibility only difference is he was goody two shoes and didn't buy ferraris etc
