Lord Cameron gave a speech at the reception

After the act of remembrance, Lord Cameron made his way along Stanley’s seafront and visited the Christ Church Cathedral before heading to the Malvina House Hotel for a special reception. MLA John Birmingham presented the Foreign Secretary with a gift on behalf of the Falkland’s community. Lord Cameron followed with a speech on the Falklands right to self-determination and the economic development of hydrocarbons in the Islands.
