The hard reality is that all of these mainstream rappers are connected to a white man who wants all black men dead or in jail and wont stop making money off our wrong doings influenced by rap culture. It's real trap music when you think about it. These rappers are sell outs , sucking ick for sales and worshipping Baphomet to exist rather they believe in it or not. Blood in blood out. Look what Puffy did to Biggie. Look what the industry did to Pac. You think Proof's death from D12 was a random occurence? Or Kanye mom just simply died under the knife during surgery ? Or that Prodigy choked on a damn egg? Nah . To bee honest, being a ghost writer is probably a lot safer than being a rapstar

I love this conversation because I understand everyone's point of view. When I was little and read album credits, I was always more interested in the producer. I cared about writing, pero it was kinda secondary. I loved learning about new producers as I was obsessed w/ sound. I understand and respect what you're saying, Unc. I also love to know what you think about other artist's music, Unc. I legit feel you regarding LL Cool L. He's actually one of my first introductions into hip hop _(Mama Said Knock You Out)._ I loved that album, pero his music's hit or miss, overall. You know, it's so interesting that you mentioned not liking _Going Back to Cali_ because my dad hated that song too. He bought me _All World: The Greatest Hits_ as a late birthday present and I clearly remember us playing the cd in the car and him skippin' that song. I _cain't_ front though, after _Phenomenon,_ LL lost me. I knew a few songs after that because _Virgin Megastore_ used to give me his promos, pero overall, uh uh. The only member that I truly cared about is Johnny Gill. I like when brothas sang like him. Nowadays these brothas sound awful when they try to sing in falsetto. Most of them do it through auto-tune (Chris Brown) and it ends up soundin' like a damn cartoon character. You have to have the perfect tone and pitch in order to pull it off. Eric Benét is one of the rare brothas who can do it and not sound annoying, unpleasant, whiny or yawny. Excellent interview, fellas. I really like you, Unc. Much success in all that you do. Never stop speaking the way you do because it's legit needed...

Absolute trash, how do you know that Drake wrote most of his songs like 5am in Toronto? He will forever have an question mark next to his name when it comes to his music, whether flows or lyrics. The guy deserves it too because he's stolen verses, he took Aaliyah's music and said i'm making an Aaliyah album without asking for the blessing from her family like a piece of shit, ghostwriting accusations since 2009 even though nobody else has ever had accusations in the new school. Vlad ... you're crazy!!!! 2Pacs first album is a classic... My favorite 2Pac album
@aya9af5 жыл бұрын
1st and 2nd albums had classic songs on them. Tupac's 3rd & 4th albums were commercial monsters : 1. 2Pacalypse Now 2. Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. 3. Me Against The World 4. All Eyes On Me 5. Makavelli

3000 is great and IMO top 10, but he fell for that brown sugar conjuring like Common and Jay Electronica did...Ms Badu. She got them brothas knitting they own clothes and shit now that Power U was so good.

I try my hardest not to bring race into these situations but apparently there's a white view and a black view when it comes to hip hop cause I swear I've heard plenty white people say kanye is one of the best rappers but I never heard a black person say that. A lot of white people only respect whats poppin on the charts they don't respect the game.

Pac's first album, "2Pacalypse Now", is a classic ... it spoke volumes to like-minded, young conscious black folks. That's why I hate this culture vulture is commenting on the art form ...

Gotta agree with you Lord Jamar--I have NEVER considered Kanye West a rapper, at all! I just felt like he was a producer who liked to rap sometimes, and this is coming from someone who really liked his first 2 albums. I look at him the same way I see Puff Daddy
@lonnielynn95667 жыл бұрын
kanye west makes amazing albums he doesn't need to be known for spitting fire. jamars wild that got nothing to do with white people or black people. a classic album is a classic album
@stanspliff927 жыл бұрын
Isaac Hayes actually did sing in falsetto from time to time. Going in circles on the black moses album comes to mind off top. He killed that shit.
