How was it working for in the industry. Before joining the marine corp I was thinking about being part of the industry. I was performing at competition rap shows and all that. @@MrVpk6 it’s a extremely ruthless and difficult business. I scouted locations for movies mostly but also did video shoots as well. I got to travel a lot and I’ve been around the world a few times. I had a blast doing it. If you’re trying to be an artist and do music it’s just as or maybe more cutthroat than the film industry is. But nowadays it’s easier with social media and you really don’t need a label behind you like back in the day. A label was the only game in town back then. Look if it’s your passion and you are just that good and believe in yourself then I recommend you go for it. But give yourself a date. Like a 5 year plan and if it doesn’t work after that then I recommend doing something else that you are skilled in or are passionate about. Be ready for a lot of “NO’s” and “We are going to pass this time “ and if you can’t handle rejection then don’t even get into the business period. If you want to work in the entertainment industry there are plenty of other jobs,careers that you can do. I have no regrets,I loved my career and have so many amazing memories to look back on. Good luck my dude
@tomking70804 ай бұрын
@@esseen100 they were around,the rumors,for a long time now. Even when I left the industry I still had friends who worked in the industry and I started hearing about Puff beating on Misa and Kim and then later Cassie. I also heard about Puff putting his hands on staff and threatening them with their NDA’s. But a lot of people didn’t know that a NDA is not valid when a crime is being committed and honestly people were scared of Puff because he was a powerful guy and could end your career or make sure that you don’t get certain opportunities. He only did this to women though from what I heard. I never heard that he put his hands on a man like that.
@esseen1004 ай бұрын
@@MrVpk6 I don't know how the industry is now but back in the 90s I knew I couldn't be a part of it. People were too reckless and all sorts of things were happening that I couldn't have abided by. I did a lot of independent work and I was around the industry but I never wanted to sign up to be a direct part of it.

Greed played a role in the stampede issue, but truthfully, when you are doing an event there is so much that comes with managing it in the moment, especially when it swells. Things like that aren’t always intentional. Lack of experience and poor decision making is what usually leads to those kinds of messed up issues. That’s the reality of it. But “No Diddy” is wild. IF DIDDY IS GAY THEN HE SHOULD ADDRESS IT BECAUSE THESE DAYS IS A ERA WHERE MOST THINGS GET EXPOSED OUT OF NOWHERE SO IF THAT'S THE CASE HE SHOULD ADDRESS IT
@thedreadedverse4 ай бұрын
Plus it's 2024. Like nigga just LIVE IN YOUR TRUTH, nobody cares as long as you out here hurting somebody. Which he has, so it complicates shit. He been lying about the abuse and robbing people in the industry, might as well lie about being bi-sexual.

@vannablk4176Ай бұрын
What does being gay have to do with this? I mean, he’s allegedly a rapist, domestic abuser and possibly a pedophile. Coming out at this point should be the least of our concern. It’s not about his sexual preference as it relates to being with persons of a consensual age, it’s about being drugged, under age and held without consent.
@ashleyblansett275522 күн бұрын
Great point!! Yeah, I agree!! When I hear about someone being an abuser, rapist, pervert, etc, the last thing I’m thinking about is hmm he is gay too. Whoo hoo!! Doesn’t Jamar live in New York? He must live inside somewhere 24/7 and never leaves his house. Or maybe he naively thinks he has never been around or met a gay person before. But he sure did dwell on the gay issue. Lol🤔 I’m thinking about the people lives he affected..especially the children who were violated. I could care less what sexual orientation someone is. It’s none of my business on that part, and it don’t concern me either.
@TheOfficialMediaBlast4 ай бұрын
No Diddy or anything but do people understand that the reason he even has a downfall is because of the sex trafficking, the crimes and the abuse and not because of him being a closeted gay / bi man? Lord Jamar and many others seem to speak as if his Fall from Grace is because of the behind the scenes homosexual Acts and not all the actual criminal activities 😅

@@MrHowse-rt5bo ...Meanwhile, none of what you typed means that any of them were 'forgiven' by the community, especially in regards to Stacey, Clarence, & O.J., who made it a point years ago to distance themselves & still do so today, so the answer remains 'no.'
