he did look pretty rough toward the end. these people's circles are very small, they're sleeping with the same people a lot of the time and HIV/AIDS was rampant in the late 80s and 90s. people swear that it's so hard to get HIV from heterosexual intercourse but not if you have chlamydia or herpes or other STDs. they're not all symptomatic and a lot of people don't even ask about herpes.
