Such a sad song, but it's just the best. My favorite song by Lord of the lost. But makes me cry. I love it.

Wow..einfach nur ergreifend. So eine Geschichte in18m47s zu packen wofür andere 2 Stunden Filmmaterial brauchen. Ein Meisterwerk, ergreifen und bittersüß...ich bin überwältigt.

Incredible how there can be 6 people, at this moment, that lack any form of musical education and taste to dislike this master piece.

A new favorite song from this amazing band. It's amazing how honest and heartfelt their music is. I'm in tears

I dont think I've cried this hard over a song. Maybe all our leaders should have to listen to this before they start a war. I dont think I could watch this live. This band is just incredible. I wonder if Chris cried after singing it. He has such emotions in his voice.💔

He sings about his own son so it is normal to be and sound emotional.

Listening now to this beautiful song and thinking about the difficult time Ukraine is going through. This song shows the cruelty many people go through, and no one really wants to go through it. Just peace, bros, let's enjoy life.

Every time I hear this song, I imagine Chris has written it for his son, when Lord of the lost are on a tour and he has to leave the young boy and his mother. There is a musicvideo from Lord of the lost where you could see his real son, but sadly I don't remember the songtitel at the moment.

Frau Werum Chris wrote this for his family, yes. But there is no music video (yet) that shows his son.

does he die in the end? i'm not sure but it sounds like this :/
@FallOutGirl1948 жыл бұрын
My theory is tha he was excited to meet his son again, but then found out he had a 'new dad' now and didn't even remember him (because he was still so little when he left). So I don't think he dies, he's just completely heartbroken - his feelings having the same depth of sorrow he felt during the war.
@eisdrache75238 жыл бұрын
Mellzu - but why doesn't the boy react in any way when the man stands in Front of him?
@FallOutGirl1948 жыл бұрын
Eis Drache What I understood is that the boy did react - at first he simply didn't notice the man because he was a 'stranger' (his biological father that he didn't remember) but when he finally did notice the man approaching him, he ran away, into the 'arms of this strange man', who's apparently his step dad.
@FallOutGirl1948 жыл бұрын
Eis Drache But you could also be right, that he did die, but didn't realize he was a 'ghost' until he saw his son not noticing him at all..
@wulf28637 жыл бұрын
I think "this strange man" is actually him, because to his son, he is a stranger that he didn't know how he looked like because of all the time he was away.
