hello there i recently want to try playing lotro i already installed the game but the launcher only stuck on the screen which says "Loading launcher configuration" how do i fix this? thank you

I have this problem but i have the game on downloaded from steam what should i do

I'd follow the uninstall procedure in this video, then install LotRO from the SSG-provided installer per this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jITMaWesbr-DjMU

I fixed it by deleting the game and the every file related to it and reinstalled it on a different drive and it worked
