@@DeadlyAlpacaa i partially agree, we don’t even understand it, I replied that cuz the comment gave me the idea that the guy was capable of understanding how hard it was, I mean how hard something is is really personal, For example for me and a lot of people repping full planche presses or doin a Maltese is something that looks impossible, for this guy it is probably almost a warm up, same way some people finds impossible basic exercises as the muscle up or a simple backlever or frontlever that I personally find really easy, so I mean we don’t know how hard is it for them, but we know the process and the time that you need to invest to be able to do this things, and that personally amazes me ( My English is kinda bad so if u found any mistakes please tell me 😂😅, if u read until here Thanks buddy I appreciate it 💪🏼)

@giacomovincenzoni33094 жыл бұрын
A straight arm muscle up is way more difficult,It is at least a D movement,where as the maltese is a C
@ianstratton16294 жыл бұрын
@@giacomovincenzoni3309 I wouldn't say "way" more difficult. It is a D vs a C, but it depends what you're good at. I learned a butterfly cross before a maltese.
@-N-A-4 жыл бұрын
I’d say it’s more technical as well compared to maltese
@chuckiebenze95484 жыл бұрын
@@giacomovincenzoni3309 this is not true, maltese is ranked as D in the gymnastic on the rings. The straight arms muscle up is not ranked, there is the press from cross to L-sit that is ranked as C and the press from dead hang to iron cross that is a D. There are also moves that include the straight arms MU that are ranked as E and F (Balandin 1 and 2) but those are complex elements in which the SAMU is only the first part of the movement: Balandin 1 ends in planche, Balandin 2 ends in inverted cross.
@giacomovincenzoni33094 жыл бұрын
@@chuckiebenze9548 you are right,I didn't mention those. Usually even movements that don't exist in gymnastics competitions have a certain value. For instance the Front lever pull up is considered a B in terms of difficulty even if It doesn't exist in gymnastics. Otherwise how could you theoretically determine the difficulty of a calisthenics move.
