Amen! Had to listen to this one twice. It was for me. I realized that even though I have prayed for the Lord to help me forgive others I was still allowing myself to think and rehash it over and over again. The result was I was allowing unforgiveness and bitterness to take root and have POWER over me. I then prayed that that power would be broken.
